Engagement | A Family Field | Josh & Heather | Stetson, Maine

It seems like forever since we have posted a blog.
There have been so many things going on - working on a new image, new website, new everything.
Plus catching up from the fantastic season we had.
Plus still holding sessions - in studio and even outside still.
Brave the cold - book a winter session with us! You know you want to!

So, I was hoping that the next blog since our business update blog would be on our NEW blog - but we are still working on it and working through some communication issues ----- yah... we'll leave it at that.
BUT when it's done, its going to be wonderful.

Speaking of WONDERFUL - we love sharing WONDERFUL couples who are ENGAGED and hired us for their wedding in 2011.
That is just what Josh & Heather did.
So if you remember from the first look (a long time ago) we met them at a family camp, and got to see and share what made that special to them.
They are such a great couple. And FUN!

Totally love her look.  She is going to be a fierce bride!
Yes - I used the F word --- FIERCE!
I am totally in LOVE LOVE LOVE with this picture.
I am seeing BIG canvas.  Like BIG!
 Um the family picture.
Yes please.
Ruger
How CUTE!
 Love this one too
Ok so I might love them all - but that's why they make the blog right?
And we're moving.  We left camp and took a wee trip across the road to a wicked cool place.
This one could be a big ol' canvas as well.
You think?
I love the peeking through the trees look!
And you know I love wide open fields.
Really - how awesome are they?
Heather & Josh - your wedding will be coming soon enough.  We can't wait to share that day with you.  Thanks for sharing a little bit of your family with us during your engagement session!!

I really like the sitting on the dock shot and the peeking through the leaves! I was beginning to wonder what happened to you guys!

Life is not a race, but indeed a journey. Be honest. Work hard. Be choosy. Say 'Thank you', 'I love you', and 'Great job' to someone each day. Let your handshake mean more than pen and paper. Dreaming does matter. It allows you to become that which you aspire to. Appreciate the little things in life and enjoy them. Some of the best things really are free. Take time for yourself - plan for longivity.
