Innocence
Ya gotta love it...
Last weekend Brandi and I went to a Birthday party for my twin cousins. They are getting so big, and they are so smart and beautiful. Its great that we get to spend time with them every year on their birthday, and any other special occasion they have. We have always tried to be there for every occasion, and it has been great watching them grow and change year after year. They seem to change so much every time.
I just finished editing the photos that I took from the party, and it gives me a chance to look over the other photos I have taken of them, their christening, summers at the lake, their third birthday. They grow so much and change so much over time.
Looking at their innocence, it makes me think about all the blessings that I have in my life, and all the innocence around me that I want to capture on film and share with those around me.
There are so many things that I want to do with photography. I was talking to Brandi about a blog I had read online the other day about a small photography company like ours, who every year offers two senior portrait packages to underprivileged seniors so they can have senior portraits as well. Of course Brandi loved the idea, and I think it will be something that we try to do for the high schools in our community, and maybe even my community back home. There are so many things that I want to do, and so little time to do it in.
I would like to hear back from someone who reads the blog to let me know what you think of the idea. Let me know, send me a message on myspace or sign the guest book on our website.
We like to hear back from you!
